Who's Your Daddy, Inc. Expands Retail Distribution Into Albertsons Supermarkets Throughout the State of Nevada

SAN DIEGO, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 05/23/07 -- Who's Your Daddy, Inc. (OTCBB: WYDY), a brand management company focused on the marketing, sales, production, and distribution of Who's Your Daddy® "King of Energy™" drinks, is pleased to announce that the Company's energy drinks have been approved for sale in all of Albertsons' supermarkets throughout the state of Nevada.

Southern Wine and Spirits, through a recent distribution agreement with Who's Your Daddy, has begun distributing Who's Your Daddy energy drinks to Albertsons grocery stores throughout Nevada. Albertsons, a subsidiary of SUPERVALU INC., has 40 stores in Nevada, and over 530 stores nationwide.
