Thuraya y ViaSat Forman una Asociación de Servicios Máquina a Máquina (M2M)

Thuraya Telecommunications Company, un operador líder en Servicios Móviles por Satélite (Mobile Satellite Services, MSS) y ViaSat Inc. (NASDAQ: VSAT) han firmado un acuerdo de asociación para desarrollar y lanzar una plataforma de Máquina a Máquina (Machine-to-Machine, M2M) combinada con productos específicos M2M y paquetes comerciales. En conjunto, las compañías aprovecharán sus fortalezas respectivas para crear una oferta muy competitiva para el mercado satelital M2M. La solución M2M de Thuraya y ViaSat será un servicio de alta seguridad de extremo a extremo que se jacta de un bajo costo total de propiedad (Total Cost of Ownership, TCO) durante la vida útil de un proyecto M2M.
