UPDATE: Barona Resort & Casino Is Revving Up to Give Away Five New Cars & $50,000 in Cash Prizes to Members During Its Golden Key Giveaway

Players Don't Have to Be Present to Win One of Five Brand New Cars or a Prize Drawing at the Grand Finale on June 28

SAN DIEGO, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 06/15/12 -- Barona Resort & Casino has only just started recruiting the future drivers of five of the finest American cars on the road during its Golden Key Giveaway. With keys plus $1,000 being awarded nightly to players since Monday, May 21st, 26 Barona Club members already have keys and cash in hand. Players have until Thursday, June 28 to win what could be the key to one of five new American-made cars and $1,000. An additional $50,000 in cash prizes will be given away to 50 lucky players at the Grand Finale on Thursday, June 28 and players don't have to be present to win.

The Golden Key winners will be announced at the grand finale on June 28 at 10 p.m. when they will have the choice of driving home one of the new cars from the selection below which are currently on display on the casino floor, choosing any car they like worth up to approximately $77,000, or cashing in their winning key for the retail value.

Additionally, all players who have had an entry in the Golden Key promotion since May 21 will be eligible to win one of 50 $1,000 prizes in the $50,000 grand prize drawing. Players do not have to be present at the finale to win any of the drawings, as their name and card number will be posted throughout the casino and on www.barona.com.

Golden Key Giveaway Details:

  • Unlimited Entries: Club Barona members can play daily to earn one entry for every 250 myPoints earned from 9:01 a.m. to 9 p.m. between now and Thursday, June 28
  • Nightly Drawings: One key will be given away nightly at 10 p.m. and nightly key winners will also win $1,000.
  • Bonus Wednesdays: Two keys will be given away on Wednesdays at 10 p.m.
  • Grand Finale: The grand finale celebration will take place on Thursday, June 28, from 5 to 10 p.m.; five Golden Key holders will win a car at 10 p.m.! And, all entries will be eligible for a chance to win one of 50 $1,000 prizes in the $50,000 grand prize drawing.
